Then He (Jesus) arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”
(Mark 4:39, 40 NKJV).
Storms rage all around us on a daily basis as difficult circumstances rise fearful thoughts in our minds. Anxiety, stress, worry and doubt are all related in this family of fear. If we want God’s blessings to flood our day we have to break apart the fearful waves since fear is the opposite of faith and without faith it is impossible to please God. Let the fear go and the peace of God will flow.
