So two good things will result from this ministry of giving—the needs of the believers in Jerusalem will be met, and they will joyfully express their thanks to God.
(2 Corinthians 9:12 NLT)

Seeds contain enormous growth potential expanding greatly to produce large trees which in turn reproduce more seeds to continue the growing cycle. Thanksgiving seeds also multiply tremendously when planted in the lives of people in need. We give thanks to God in appreciation of Him meeting our needs by giving to supply the needs of others who in return respond by giving thanks back to God. The Bible says that “Some people give much but get back even more.” (Proverbs 11:24) and so this thanksgiving cycle continues as the Lord blesses the giver with an increase to be able to give even more. Everything we need is in a seed.
