In Caesarea there lived a Roman army officer named Cornelius, who was a captain of the Italian Regiment. He was a devout, God-fearing man, as was everyone in his household. He gave generously to the poor and prayed regularly to God.
(Acts 10:1, 2 NLT)

Many of us are waiting for a break through to end difficult circumstances that we may be dealing with. The Bible says that Cornelius experienced the ultimate break through when God poured out the gift of the Holy Spirit on his entire household. (Acts 10:45) Break through faith develops with a consistent vertical relationship with God in prayer and when our horizontal relationships with others are immersed in generous giving.
