“God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].”
(2 Corinthians 9:8 AMP)

Serendipity is more then a specialty ice cream restaurant. Serendipity is defined as an aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident. There are many important accidental discoveries one of which is Velcro. Swiss engineer George de Mestral was walking through the countryside when some thistles became attached to his pants. He examined the burrs with a microscope and realized that the adhesive properties were from hundreds of small hooks. From this discovery he patented a new fastening system which has forever changed the modern world.(1) When we are in the sovereign will of God there are no casualties. Coincidence is not part of God’s vocabulary. Even apparent accidents can result in a breakthrough. Mr Mestral was able to view his messed up pants as an opportunity. The next time we accidentally get messed up consider the possibility of getting blessed up with a serendipitous surprise from the Lord most high.
